Rice Flour, a grain product produced locally in Yilan by Chen Manor, is available in raw and cooked formats. Raw rice flour retains the natural characteristics of rice and must be cooked before consumption, making it suitable for both cooking and baking. Cooked rice flour is pre-processed and may be enjoyed directly by adding hot water or used in various recipes, providing a smooth texture and natural grain aroma.

Good to Know

1. Return Policy

• Most items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. No item exchange requests, please.
• Returns must be in brand-new, unused condition, with full original packaging, accessories, gifts, and the original invoice
• This is not a trial period. Used or damaged products will not be accepted.
• Only returns are accepted; no direct exchanges. Please submit a new order if needed.

2. Return Requests Not Accepted For

• Expired or perishable goods
• Damaged, used, or incomplete items
• Returns submitted after 7 days of receipt

3. Defective Items

• If an item is defective, please contact customer service and provide photos.
• Once confirmed, the company will cover all shipping costs.

4. Refund Info

• Refunds exclude the original shipping fee (if applicable).
• If a return lowers your order below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee (NT$70 for CV pickup / NT$100 for delivery) will be deducted from the amount refunded.
• If a return negates a free gift offer, that gift should be returned or paid for separately.

5. Refund Method

• Refunds will be made via the original method of payment (credit card or bank transfer).
