Return & Refund Policy

To protect your consumer rights, please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase. Once your order is placed, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to the contents below.
This policy is established in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Relevant provisions include:

  • Article 19-1: In distance or door-to-door sales, consumers may rescind the contract by returning the goods or giving written notice within seven (7) days after receiving the goods or services, without stating any reason or incurring any fees or compensation. However, reasonable exceptions for distance sales may apply.
  • Article 19-2, Paragraph 1: If a consumer rescinds the contract in writing pursuant to the above article, unless otherwise agreed, the business operator shall retrieve the goods from the original delivery location or an agreed location within fifteen (15) days from the day following receipt of the notice.
  • Article 19-2, Paragraph 2: The business operator shall refund the amount paid by the consumer within fifteen (15) days from the day following the retrieval of goods, receipt of the returned goods, or notification of contract rescission.

Travel Product Cancellations

For travel-related products, cancellations shall be handled in accordance with the Standard Form Contract for Domestic Travel Services in Taiwan.

Return and Exchange Policy for Physical Products

  • Under the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a seven-day right of rescission (cooling-off period) for distance sales, counted from the day after the goods are received.
  • Only a “return without exchange” service is available. If the product does not meet your expectations, please return the product (partial or full) within the seven-day cooling-off period and reorder as needed. Returned items must remain brand new and in complete packaging, including the product itself, all accessories, gifts, warranty cards, original packaging, and accompanying documents. Please ensure that the packaging and contents are not damaged.
  • If any product or packaging is consumed, damaged, or lost beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, or for reasons attributable to the consumer, the right to return or refund may be affected. However, this restriction does not apply to defective items.
  •   Please note that the seven-day cooling-off period is not a trial period. It is intended for inspection, evaluation, and comparison purposes only, not for product use.

Returns Not Accepted in the Following Cases:

  • The seven-day cooling-off period has expired.
  • Perishable or time-sensitive products (including those nearing expiration).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products that have been unsealed, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunction, breakage, wear, scratches, or dirt.
  • Incomplete returns, including missing invoices, accessories, or damaged packaging.
  • Malicious or excessive return behavior.

Return Instructions for Physical Goods

  • Full Order Returns: If you wish to return your entire order for personal reasons while the product remains unopened, please return the item(s) and invoice within the seven-day cooling-off period and contact customer service. The round-trip shipping cost will be covered by the company.
  • Partial Returns: If you wish to return part of an order, please send back the product(s) and invoice within the seven-day period and contact customer service. The round-trip shipping cost will be covered by the company.

Returns for Defective Products

If your item is defective, please email photos of the defect to our customer service address and contact our support team by phone. After confirmation, please return the product and invoice. A refund will be processed, and all shipping costs will be borne by the company.

Refund Information

The refund amount includes only the purchase price of the returned item(s) and does not include the original shipping or other ancillary fees. The shipping cost for returning the product will be covered by the company.
 If the return causes the order to fall below the free-shipping threshold (including full returns), the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund (NT$70 for convenience-store pickup, NT$100 for home delivery). The return shipping cost will still be covered by the company.
 If the order included a free gift and the total after return no longer meets the eligibility criteria, the gift must be returned in brand-new condition. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method, such as bank transfer or credit card. Processing time is 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

  • Credit Card Payment: After confirming the return, the refund will be credited directly to the original credit card account.
  • Bank Transfer Payment: After confirming the return, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
