For Tour Packages: No later than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour start date.
For Experience Activities: According to the notification period specified on the activity page.
- In the event of such a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the traveler.
2. Itinerary Content and Adjustments
- In the event of Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, traffic, or government restrictions), the Organizer reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or activity content to ensure the safety of all participants. Major changes will be notified promptly.
- If such factors lead to a major change in the itinerary or activity, the Organizer shall promptly notify the traveler/participant and explain the reasons. If the traveler does not agree to the change, they may terminate the contract or request a price reduction in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

- If a traveler/participant requests a change or cancellation due to personal reasons, resulting in non-refundable costs already incurred by the Organizer (including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, activity materials, visas, and administrative costs), such costs shall be borne by the traveler/participant. However, the total amount shall not exceed the compensation ratios stipulated in the "Mandatory and Prohibitory Provisions of Standardized Contracts for Overseas/Domestic Travel."
- If changes or cancellations are due to the Organizer, Force Majeure, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the incurred costs shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws.
- If the itinerary or activity cannot be fulfilled due to Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns), both parties may terminate the contract without liability for damages.
