Cold Spring Handmade Soaps are crafted in Su’ao, Yilan County, a town renowned for its rare natural cold-water springs. Mineral-rich cold spring water and traditional handcrafted soap-making techniques ensure each of our soaps deliver a gentle, refreshing, and moisturizing cleansing experience. All Cold Spring soaps are suitable for everyday use. Available in single bars and three-bar boxed gift sets, Cold Spring soaps offer a natural and refined approach to healthy skincare inspired by the purity of Su’ao’s cold springs.

Scent Options

Cold Spring soaps are available in the following naturally scented options:

• Orange Tranquility – A calming blend of sweet orange and lavender essential oils
• Taiwan Floral Whisper – A gentle floral aroma blend of rose geranium, palmarosa, sweet orange, and ylang-ylang
• Fresh – A refreshing blend of lemon and peppermint essential oils

Details

Use

Use with a soap bag or bath sponge to help build a rich lather and prolong usable life.
Lather the soap with water, gently cleanse skin, and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Suitable for both face and body.

Storage

Store unopened soap in a cool, dry place.
Avoid humidity and direct sunlight to maintain product quality.

1. Return Policy

• Most items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. No item exchange requests, please.
• Returns must be in brand-new, unused condition, with full original packaging, accessories, gifts, and the original invoice
• This is not a trial period. Used or damaged products will not be accepted.
• Only returns are accepted; no direct exchanges. Please submit a new order if needed.

2. Return Requests Not Accepted For

• Expired or perishable goods
• Damaged, used, or incomplete items
• Returns submitted after 7 days of receipt

3. Defective Items

• If an item is defective, please contact customer service and provide photos.
• Once confirmed, the company will cover all shipping costs.

4. Refund Info

• Refunds exclude the original shipping fee (if applicable).
• If a return lowers your order below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee (NT$70 for CV pickup / NT$100 for delivery) will be deducted from the amount refunded.
• If a return negates a free gift offer, that gift should be returned or paid for separately.

5. Refund Method

• Refunds will be made via the original method of payment (credit card or bank transfer).
• Processing time: 7–14 business days.
