Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrival & Taichung City Experience

• Arrival at Taoyuan International Airport
  After completing immigration and collecting your luggage, meet your driver and travel to Taichung.
• Yizhong Shopping District
  Lively night market atmosphere, local street food, and specialty shops
• Hotel Check-in
  Arrive at your hotel and complete check-in. Relax after your journey. End of Day 1.

Day 2 | Sun Moon Lake, Indigenous Culture & Chocolate Castle

• Sun Moon Lake (Boat Tour)
  Enjoy a scenic boat tour and admire the beautiful lake and mountain views.
• Ita Thau Shopping District (Ita Thau Visitor Center)
  Shop for local souvenirs and specialty snacks.
• Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village

Day 3 | Farm Experiences & Journey to Northern Taiwan

• Taiyi Ecological Leisure Farm Fruit Picking DIY
  Enjoy a fun fruit-picking DIY experience surrounded by nature.
• Good bar hot pot & King Garden
  Enjoy a Muslim-friendly lunch, then visit King Garden, featuring statues of world leaders, distinctive architecture, and artistic landscapes, with great spots for photos and shopping.
• Hotel Check-in
  Continue your journey to northern Taiwan and check in at your hotel. End of Day 3.

Day 4 | Yehliu Coastal Scenery & Shifen Discovery

• Yehliu Geopark
  Admire unique coastal rock formations and remarkable geological landscapes shaped by nature.
• Shifen Old Street
  Experience the traditional sky lantern activity.
• Shifen Waterfall
  Admire the waterfall, often referred to as Taiwan’s Niagara Falls, surrounded by beautiful natural mountain scenery.
• Return to Hotel
  Return to your hotel and relax. End of Day 4.

Day 5 | Departure from Taiwan

• Hotel Check-out & Airport Transfer
  Hotel Check-out & Airport Transfer Check out of your hotel and transfer to Taoyuan International Airport for your departure flight. Tour ends.

Good to Know

1. Booking, Confirmation & Minimum Participants

• If the minimum participant number is not reached by 7 days before the scheduled tour start date, the tour will be cancelled and a notification will be sent by email.

2. Itinerary Adjustments & Force Majeure

• Due to Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be adjusted or cancelled to ensure the safety of participants. Major changes will be notified promptly
• With regard to cancellations or changes requested by a customer after an itinerary has been confirmed and non-refundable costs have already been incurred, cancellation fees will be assessed in accordance with the cancellation policy stated below.

3. Accommodation & Single Supplement

• When one adult and one child share a room, the child will be charged the regular (adult) tour fee.
• When two adults and one child share a room: 
  If an extra bed is needed, the fee for the child will be 85% of the regular tour fee; 
  If an extra bed is not needed, the fee for the child will be 60% of the regular tour fee.
• Customers requesting single-room accommodations will be charged at twice the shared-room rate.

4. Transportation Regulations

• In accordance with transportation regulations, tour vehicles are limited to 10 hours of usage per day.
• All transaction and processing fees associated with refund requests shall be borne by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy (Based on the scheduled tour start date):

• 41 days or more before scheduled tour start date: No cancellation fee. Any balance will be refunded after deducting actually incurred non-refundable costs.
• 31–40 days before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total tour price.
• 21–30 days before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total tour price.
• 2–20 days before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total tour price.
• 1 day before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation on the day of departure or no show: No refund will be given and no request for rescheduling / cancellation can be accepted.
