The Red-in-Green Cake uses premium peeled mung beans that have been finely ground using traditional methods into a light mung bean paste that is smooth, refined, and mildly sweet. This is then blended with a rich red bean paste made from Pingtung red beans to create a soft and silky textured filling that enhances the cake’s layered flavor profile. Refrigeration is recommended before serving, as the chilled texture makes these cakes even more refreshing and enjoyable.

• Returns must be in brand-new, unused condition, with full original packaging, accessories, gifts, and the original invoice
• This is not a trial period. Used or damaged products will not be accepted.
• Only returns are accepted; no direct exchanges. Please submit a new order if needed.

2. Return Requests Not Accepted For

• Expired or perishable goods
• Damaged, used, or incomplete items
• Returns submitted after 7 days of receipt

3. Defective Items

• If an item is defective, please contact customer service and provide photos.
• Once confirmed, the company will cover all shipping costs.

4. Refund Info

• Refunds exclude the original shipping fee (if applicable).
• If a return lowers your order below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee (NT$70 for CV pickup / NT$100 for delivery) will be deducted from the amount refunded.
• If a return negates a free gift offer, that gift should be returned or paid for separately.
