Day 1 | Yilan Culture & Nature Experience

• Meet & Departure
  Meet at Taipei Main Station and depart for Yilan.
• Xing Bao Green Onion Experience
  Participate in an interactive hands-on green onion experience activity and learn about one of Yilan’s tastiest, most-popular agricultural products.
• Meihua Lake
  Enjoy a leisurely walk around Meihua Lake, famous for its tranquil scenery and mountain views.
• Forestry Culture Park
  Explore this former log depot and learn the history of forestry and the timber industry in Yilan.
• Hotel Check-in
  Return to your hotel. End of Day 1.

Day 2 | Yilan Arts & Local Flavors Tour

• Meet & Departure
  Depart from the hotel and continue the journey through Yilan.
• National Center for Traditional Arts
  Discover Taiwan’s traditional arts, crafts, and cultural performances in a beautifully preserved setting.
• Sunhope Bakery Tourist Factory
   Visit the tourist factory of this locally based baker, learn about their specialty baked goods, and shop their exclusive factory store.

Good to Know

1. Booking, Confirmation & Minimum Participants

• If the minimum participant number is not reached by 7 days before the scheduled tour start date, the tour will be cancelled and a notification will be sent by email.

2. Itinerary Adjustments & Force Majeure

• Due to Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be adjusted or cancelled to ensure the safety of participants. Major changes will be notified promptly
• With regard to cancellations or changes requested by a customer after an itinerary has been confirmed and non-refundable costs have already been incurred, cancellation fees will be assessed in accordance with the cancellation policy stated below.

3. Accommodation & Single Supplement

• When one adult and one child share a room, the child will be charged the regular (adult) tour fee.
• When two adults and one child share a room: 
  If an extra bed is needed, the fee for the child will be 85% of the regular tour fee; 
  If an extra bed is not needed, the fee for the child will be 60% of the regular tour fee.
• Customers requesting single-room accommodations will be charged at twice the shared-room rate.

4. Transportation Regulations

• In accordance with transportation regulations, tour vehicles are limited to 10 hours of usage per day.
• All transaction and processing fees associated with refund requests shall be borne by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy (Based on the scheduled tour start date):

• 41 days or more before scheduled tour start date: No cancellation fee. Any balance will be refunded after deducting actually incurred non-refundable costs.
• 31–40 days before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total tour price.
• 21–30 days before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total tour price.
• 2–20 days before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total tour price.
• 1 day before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation on the day of departure or no show: No refund will be given and no request for rescheduling / cancellation can be accepted.
