Overview

This short and engaging pastry experience introduces participants to egg yolk pastries - one of Taiwan’s most iconic traditional desserts. Participants learn to assemble their own pastries and master the basics of pastry wrapping with help from an experienced pastry maker before turning them over to our staff for baking. Each participant takes their freshly baked pastries with them as a delicious souvenir.

Detail

Step 1|Soften the Dough
 Knead the cookie dough to soften.

Step 2|Roll the Dough
 Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out evenly.

Step 3|Dust with Flour
 Lightly dust the dough with flour to prevent sticking.

Step 4|Shape the Cookies
 Choose your favorite cookie cutter to shape your cookies.

Step 5|Prepare for Baking
 Place the shaped cookies onto a baking tray.

Step 6|Baking and Packaging
 Staff will assist with baking. Once baked, the cookies are packaged for participants to take with them.

1. Booking, Confirmation & Minimum Participants

  • Booking and payment must be completed in advance. Confirmation of payment serves as your booking confirmation.
  • Activities that require a minimum number of participants may be cancelled by the organizer if the minimum number is not met. Participants will be notified via email or message in advance, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Activity Time & Meeting Point

  • Please refer to the activity page for information on the time, duration, and location of the activity.
  • Participants generally need to travel to the activity location and check in at the requested time on their own.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Based on Taiwan Standard Time, GMT+8):

  • Cancellation at least 7 days before the date of the activity: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 3–6 days before the date of the activity: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation within 2 days of the date of the activity (or no-show): no refund.
  • Refund-related transaction / processing fees shall be borne by the participant.

4. Force Majeure Events

  • In the event of Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or government restrictions) that prevent the activity from proceeding as scheduled or to ensure the safety of participants, the organizer may reschedule, postpone, or issue a refund as appropriate.

5. Safety & Insurance

  • The activity venue is covered by Public Liability Insurance in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Participants may separately arrange for additional personal insurance if desired.
