Good to Know

1. Registration & Minimum Group Size

• Booking and payment must be completed before the departure date.
• A minimum of 6 participants is required for the tour to proceed. If the number of participants is below this threshold, the tour will be canceled and an Email notification will be sent 3 days prior to departure. 

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Tour price includes meals, accommodation, transportation, and entrance tickets (as specified in each itinerary).
• Personal expenses, additional meals, and shopping are not included.

3. Payment

• Payment must be completed within 3 days after booking; otherwise, the reservation will be considered canceled.
• Credit card and bank transfer are accepted. International travelers are charged in TWD (New Taiwan Dollar).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation made 7 days before departure: full refund.
• Cancellation made 3–6 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 2 days before departure or no-show: non-refundable.

5. Itinerary Adjustments

• The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the tour.
• In case of severe weather (e.g., typhoon), refunds or rescheduling will follow official announcements from the Taiwan Tourism Administration.

6. Meals & Accommodation

• Meals and hotel accommodations are included in the itinerary. If you have special dietary requirements (e.g., Halal, vegetarian, allergies), please inform us at the time of booking.
• Hotel accommodations are based on twin rooms. Single rooms require an additional surcharge.

7. Insurance & Safety

• Basic travel liability insurance is included. Additional personal travel insurance may be purchased separately.
• Travelers are advised to carry valid identification and personal medication.

8. Other Notes

• Itinerary times are for reference only; the actual schedule is subject to the guide’s arrangements.
• Please arrive on time at meeting points. No refund will be provided for late arrivals resulting in missed tours.
